• False Alarms: Intentionally triggering emergency alerts, "Code Blues," or duress signals when no actual emergency exists.

• Harassment: Using the "Broadcast Message" or text communication features to harass, bully, or intimidate other staff members.

• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or copy the proprietary firmware of the ProtechBand watch or the logic of the cloud dashboard.

• Credential Sharing: Sharing administrative login credentials with unauthorized users to bypass seat licensing or audit logs.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of the offending user account and, in severe cases, termination of the client service agreement.

Note on Services: This disclaimer governs the use of the public marketing website only. The use of the ProtechBand hardware, software platform, and safety services is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Pilot Agreement signed by the client.
